I've always said, you can ban guns but what's to keep someone from driving a vehicle into a crowd of people? If someone wants to commit mass murder they'll find a way to do it

I'm currently in Cannes and had no clue of the attack until a friend in the US texted me. We're in our Airbnb now. Everything's gotten really quiet here since the news got out.
