Occasionally, as a treat, me and my roommates would forgo eating at the Pentagon cafeteria, and walk from Kirby Smith to Mr. Gattis. Sometimes we would drink a few at Murphy's.

Me and my dad went to the LSU vs Bama game. Paul Bear Bryant was the coach and Ozzie Newsome was the Tight End.

Just show your ID at the student gate to get into any sporting event on campus including football. That was 84. In 85 had to have a printed ticket but still free.
Also could play 18 at the old golf course with a cart with student ID for about 8 dollars

Had to buy Penthouse magazines at the Circle K next to the Sharlo apartments b/c the internet hadnt been widely adopted yet and barely existed .

Rode out Hurricane Andrew in a 3rd floor apartment off of GSRI , where i thought for sure the tree swaying outside was gonna crash thru the window .
