It always makes me wonder, if these people who bully people that bad, feel guilt for where their victims are pushed to.

I just don't get this bullying thing. I mean EVERYBODY at one point in their school life was bullied. The damn culture of over protecting has made our kids unable to deal with life situations.
My wife and I plan to sit our daughter down and attempt to explain to her how to handle herself if and when it happens to her, cause it will. I think parents wait too long to discuss life issues with small kids.

Bullying needs to be against the law, and appropriate action taken.
