Yea. That’s a little fricked up imo. Eating horse is like... last resort type shite. Even then.

Seems sort of gross, but I don't get why anyone would think she should be killed for it.

I would imagine horse to be tough and stringy. Baws on the FDB would recommend a sous vide bath for 6-7 months
