I would use someone else's vax card if I had to, though. I'm going to New Orleans in a couple weeks for the first time since the mandate, but what I'm doing it set in stone and I'm not flexible if they were the one place who decided to cross check with my ID.
Someone also posted a while back the item code to find a blank vax card online. You can just look at someone else's card to see how to fill it out. Print on cardstock at home.
