A guy, whose life was connected to gangs --- and ultimately died by gunfire --- is supposed to represent peace. This is just as bad as Trayvon Martin, a young punk, receiving his honorary aeronautics degree because he had a dream of becoming an astronaut.

New Orleans keeps electing these leaders. So, we should not be surprised as the results we are seeing.
