Dumb opinion? Yeah, I read yours & know that you likely weren't a loader for UPS. Weren't a driver at UPS. Did not move over to management at UPS. Essentially, you don't know what the hell you're talking about. You didn't see union drivers nitpicking for violations to report to the union. You didn't have union drivers screwing women in their trucks, the lady videoing it, only to have her husband find it later. Then the union not firing the guy?

Can you do a list with all the non-union companies that went bankrupt since 2019 next?

The part time loaders unloaders only at 16 an hour hell I made that when I was in college unloading trucks for consolidated freight

People focus on that 16 an hour.. but don’t count that insurance that is some of the best out there.

You can work full time at a day job that doesn’t have insurance , then work part time at UPS at night for free and come out ahead on that health insurance alone if you have a wife and kids.

Remember that time that plane crashed? Air travel is terrible and needs to end.

For what exact reason?

probably coming from the same group that feel their rights are being infringed on and they're being harassed because their employers want them to come back into the office now that Covid is gone

I find it hard to respect anyone’s opinion on this website if they cannot tell the difference between a UPS driver and the rest of our delivery drivers

You don't think UPS drivers leave UPS and work for other companies?

Honestly?

You think those UPS drivers have college degrees any where other than a local art school?

I get it. You love your guy and you are loyal too.
But I love the guy who left UPS for FedEx.

And I dgas if you respect me or not.
Your take is kind of assinine.

Its a mob of unskilled, uneducated dudes who want more than they're actually worth for the most part.

The great thing about merit is there is no limit on raises and promotions..

But y'all can sit around and let the union scale dictate your worth.

There are unions that work, mainly trade unions where dudes are actually hired from the union halls and their benefits come through the union.

As most Americans have become educated, the need for collective representation has dropped incredibly, and I am thankful for that.

We made the switch to FedEx the moment this surfaced as a rumor. It doesn't affect us that much, our DTC business is less than 1/100th of our total.

Huh? UPS is a parcel company. YRC is LTL. If YRC goes out of business none of that volume moves to UPS.

Didn’t UPS sell off their LTL business like 2 years ago? Or was that FedEx?
