I'm no fan of that level of tattoos and I know it's France but the point stands. He's free to do whatever he wants to his body and if hired to do a job and no other complaint other than physical appearance, should be able to do that job without judgment.

Look I’m fine with people making their own life choices. And if this is what he wants to look like, good for him.
But you can’t expect to look like that at a job that requires you to be in front of and teach kids.
Choices have consequences and he has to live with them. I don’t feel bad for him at all.

You can get away with full body tats. Most of that can be covered by clothing and I doubt the arm sleeves are what scared the kid. But the line you can't cross is the face/neck.
When you go there, not to mention, black out your eyes with contacts or dye, how do you expect little kids to react?
