So she cross claimed in the family's lawsuit against her and the school district seeking indemnity from the school district. That makes sense. She wants the deep pocket to pay.
But counter claiming against the kid saying the kid defamed you when you plead no contest to the sex charges, well that makes this a bold strategy, Cotton. That ship won't sail, even in California. I'd love to know what statements he made that damaged her reputation.
