While true (allegedly, ya know), unless the state has other evidence, I don't see this case moving forward. I'm sure there are texts between the two and what-have-you, but the state has to put the "texter" on the stand to corroborate what is found in the messages.

Trust me, not being swept under the rug. They are actually looking into a lot more on that case, with him and with the school. Things will probably be quiet until their investigation is over. They will announce new charges or finally have a court date.
