Have them arrested. Press charges and make the parents post bond.

also, as the louisiana brain drain/educated exodus continues or even accelerates, even places like mandeville and covington will see a major impact. all the good/educated kids are moving to texas or somewhere else out of state after college, leaving behind the trashy townies to eventually kind of take over the area.
