Searched from my PC, there almost at the top, searched from a virtual server of mine in Texas, first page. On a server in another country it was the last result of the second page. Mildly surprised at that last one. But knowing what is done on that server, I could think of some reasons.

It came up as the first result outside of "news." I deleted all history/cookies since the beginning of time, reloaded chrome, then searched again. It came up fourth.

I do not live in Louisiana (unsure how much location has to do with TD google sorting) and I just searched for google on a community computer here in the office I have never used for personal browsing.
It came up.

No. US News and World Report is first I think.
They are the first major publication to pick it up. CBS's White House Correspondent tweeted it out as well..
Reddit is trying like crazy to shut the story down and are deleting posts about it left and right.
