Who cuts a check? I paid online through my debit card. Wanted to use my credit card for the points but they wanted to charge 2.5% fee for credit cards but no fee for debit cards. I always owe and both me and my wife claim 0 dependents. A lot of people I know are happy this time of year getting money back and they all claim I’m doing it wrong. First off I max out 401k, Roth every year. Me and the wife just make to much which I’m happy that’s my problem. I don’t mind paying state compared to federal

That’s why I put it in quotes. Auto payment set up for Fed & state on the respective due dates

Just because you don’t know what a backdoor Roth is doesn’t mean we’re all that dumb

Idgaf what SCOTUS or Congress say, income tax is straight up bullshite. And unconstitutional. The 16th amendment ought to be overturned.

End the Fed
End the IRS
End federal income tax

Meh...

I'd rather be writing a big check than a small check if I have to pay...

I’m a w2 for the last time this year. Was jacked up with an effective rate of 7.53% until I realized that with no withholding it’ll be roughly a $15,000 check I stroke this upcoming year.

Fun times.
