I think the wording I received was - it may affect their ‘mental health’ by taking the piercings out - so the employer said let it go bc we don’t need a lawsuit - somehow that gets twisted into workplace harassment - it’s not ‘protected’ but that doesn’t stop lawyers and losers from pushing the issue - same shite with the dyed hair

I do understand an employer has the right to set a dress code - this was just anecdotal

Dont mind the ring on one side but not the kind it the middle that will just crust up with snot.

Nose rings and tattooed are trashy. I can look past a small tat, but a full sleeve? Nah.

The most recent girl I was seeing had one stud nose ring on each side and a septum piercing, so three in total. Its pretty common in the early 20s female scene, all of her friends had the same piercings.

I don’t really mind piercings and tattoos but they absolutely are one of many indicators of how unstable a person may be. The best girl I have ever dated had so many tattoos, the worst girl had none. People are complex.

I don't mind the piercing in the nostril. Same as the top of the ear. Anywhere on the face is usually a turnoff. Tattoos are a different story. Really more of a case by case basis, except chest or thigh tats, those are always a turnoff. Tramp stamps usually are, but I've seen a few that weren't. In the picture provided, the only thing that's a turnoff is the eyebrows.

ETA: tattoo is useful, bring attention away from those small tits.
