I'll raise your bet and say that she didn't write this herself.

Yeah, that was all written by her, as well as COAs, legal counsel

My favorite line:

I have been raked through the coals and the preverbal mud for assisting and caring for a 95 year old senior that lived less than 3 blocks from me.

Just out of curiosity, who is this lady's actual boss? The mayor, or was she voted in? I obviously know little about COA.

I guess spell check missed a word used in the wrong context.

"Preverbal mud"? Really?

they always throw some useless baseless term or phrase in there to try to make themselves appear articulate.

No, I can't claim this one.

I do have one. But not this one.

Her entire response does absolutely nothing to address the conflict of interest. I'm in a field where this sort of thing would be easy to do, and despite being incredibly close to many of my clients, I would never consider being an executrix on am estate, much less a paid executrix.

All of her good work doesn't matter if she thinks this type of action is acceptable.

So she says she doesn't gain from this lady's will yet she had herself named as executrix to the tune of $500/month?

I also love how these people commit these acts then hide behind the Bible as if it somehow absolves them for doing what the Bible tells them they shouldn't do.

How does one use a personal credit line to pay employees. In cash?

Did she also just admit tax evasion?

The whole statement deflects and addresses nothing. True attorney non-answers.

I'm clueless how she was able to use personal funds to provide for her staff's payroll. Presumably she was paid back at some point, perhaps in kick backs like this executrix ordeal.

Of course she didn't.

Look at any of her informal posts on FB.

That needs further explanation for sure. I can't think of any reasonable way that would be allowed from a government agency.
