Well for banging the mom it’s probably nothing more than a slap on the wrist at this point. If the sexual abuse of the daughter turns out true, compiled with the mom thing, it could be some serious time. Knowing the way the LE and courts appear to be in this parish it wouldn’t surprise me if he pleads out to lesser charges and no jail time.. whether any of that are felonies or misdemeanors I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

How many suspects, male or female, have gotten jail sentences that were not suspended in situations with similar parameters? Not many. And some of those were teachers who knew for a fact the person they were having sex with was underage.
