Dude, I can right now give you so many examples of judicial screw ups within the family law arena. You have no idea how screwed over one party can get, especially when they are uneducated or poor and the Judge doesn't follow the law.

Or in the case of the 2022 claim from the daughter, they know and up until this moment, have refused to cooperate with the mom/daughter on it's location.

Right. They try to pretend they only “lost” the mother’s rape complaint but say nothing about the current rape complaint where they were given actual evidence and did nothing.

Emotional arguments are emotional, indeed. So let's look at some facts. At age 32 this man had sex with a 16 year old girl. Regardless of circumstance.
She has a daughter as a result. He gets custody, also, regardless of circumstance.
Then he gets awarded child support. From the women he at the very least statutorily raped.
When you take these immutable facts in hand, I don't really care what reasons, justifications, lies or manipulations there are, this woman was wronged, and it was her rapist who wronged her.
This same guy has apparently also had an inappropriate relationship with a different minor.

The 2015 rape report did not mention anything about underage. The police probably concluded that it was a 10 year old rape allegation filed by a woman in the midst of a bitter legal dispute with the accused and ignored it.
