Don’t take pictures or videos of yourself that you wouldn’t want the world to see. Why is that so hard to understand, or tell your kids? In today’s world you should know you’re probably on video as soon as you leave the house, why would you do people a favor by giving them pictures or videos of what could be embarrassing situations?

If you’re going to give a phone to a kid, you have to have THE conversation, no matter how it feels. Parents can try to lock the phone down all we want, but kids will find away around it.

He told them to go frick themselves, and nothing happened.
I tracked down another guy who had talked to the same "chick," and they had sent videos to his Facebook friends.

They are, but it's difficult as the criminals are almost always doing it from another continent. 3 guys were extradited from Nigeria for blackmailing a kid here that ended up committing suicide.
