partially correct; The USA offers too much to layabouts who have no education and don't want to work. They have no marketable skills and are a liability. Thus foreign labor is used, let's not always blame the corporate greed. In 2026, low wage, underskilled employees, make more money than they are worth. Make people in the USA work, and hard, then they may decide to dedicate themselves to learning / earning trades / skills.
