Iron sights or combat optics?

I doubt SWAT was using irons.
An off-hand100yd shot on a stationary target is child's play to most shooters.
I'm NOT saying the target was stationary...

BRPD issue M4
I said "Goddamn man, this thing is a Vietnam veteran!"

He has indicated he has inside knowledge on the shooter and what he used. The shooter will use whatever he feels most comfortable with and (more importantly) what was mounted when he engaged. 100 meter shot is commonly done over iron in the military. I am (at best) a fair marksman and in a range setting it would be over iron for me.

No marksman on earth would trade shooting discretely from a fixed vantage point for shooting out of an unstable obvious target with less cover than a cop car. Just saying.

frick dude I don't know. I consider myself a decent rifleman but I've never hung out the side of a helicopter to shoot at people.
You just ruined my image of you. This is how I used to imagine you.

The trick was threading the needle through the vacuum rack.

Breh, GT23 taught Rambo how to shoot an M72A2 from inside of a UH-1. Fact.

Is there a video of him shooting the fricker?

I know there are some ranches here in Texas that offer shooting animals out of a chopper for sport. Not sure how it's considered a sport. In the words of Carlin. "Think hunting's a sport? Ask the deer."

I've seen GT shoot. He's pretty terrible TBH.

LE sorry telling someone you were joking does not suffice in this situation. Joking about this makes you a terrible person.

then obviously that adds a huge degree of difficulty.
I mentioned earlier the circumstances may have made the shot more difficult, but it didn't change anyones minds that a 100 yard shot is a 100 yard shot regardless of circumstances.
There are a lot of things that could make that a difficult shot.

Ever try to hit anything from a helo? Most would probably have better luck replacing LeBron.
