"It's very upsetting. It's just real hurtful," Plummer's grandson, Dan Freeman, said in a phone interview. "It's like, ‘when does it stop?'"

There are no court costs associated with a will, IIRC. I'm assuming she's requesting the money now that the will is being challenged.
ETA: Read the article. The court costs are for the succession that was started, as are the attorney fees. The court costs are what they are, but the attorney fees are outrageous for getting a succession started. It doesn't appear she's charging for the will, but rather the work done after the client passed. It's still shitty though.

Words can't describe the sincere desire I have for the COA mafia, Broome's entire administration, and the whole Landrieu clan to personally and professionally experience the most painful fall from their lofty positions of power imaginable.
