The gym rat life can be really addicting depending on the person. It's a lifestyle bordering on obsession and some people literally spend their whole weekends at the gym and shooting up the roids.
There needs to be a balance between being fit and in good shape and a complete freak of a gym rat that's obsessed with being huge.

No. I dont wish we had players that intentionally try to hurt other players. We want players that are good enough to shut down other teams without trying to physically injure them. Guys committed to knowing plays, studying film, and letting their physical talent take over.
