The attack was caught on video at a Chase Bank in lower Manhattan
Surveillance video obtained by DailyMail.com shows Queens resident Miguel Solorzana, 50, standing at an ATM when the assailant sneaks up behind him
Garcia allegedly slashed Solorzano multiple times before fleeing

It's possible the numbers are incorrect. You can't really trust anything the Government say's anymore.
That being said, in 2019 they only had 319 murders. It actually increased in 2020 to 468.
