Are you talking about statements or contracts? Because what the contracts say is what counts.

Of course we will. We already are. My Entergy bills are higher these days even post-summer heat and no unusual usage. Only going to get worse across all utilities.

Is it a coincidence that this was announced while he's in Paris though

No, Entergy does not have anywhere close to the lowest rates in the nation. They are actually some of the absolute highest in the nation. Where are you getting your information?
That poster is 100% an Entergy shill. Worked there for nearly 10 years and they would brag about that shite repeatedly. As poorly run as most people think Entergy is, you don’t know the half of it unless you’ve been employed by them.

they suck tremendously. they also put up out of spec lights in neighborhoods that have municipal codes. baton Rouge has municipal codes if you can believe it, but energy puts the brightest arse white lights everywhere. all in LED with no Shields at 6K color without any Shields.

You’re falling for Chinese propaganda. The demo rats are on the side of “data center bad” and using it to scare all the blacks in this election cycle. Don’t be a moron.

Even the Chicoms know the rate payers are gonna get fricked by Entergy.
You don’t need Chinese bots to tell you that this is going to be a huge loss and inconvenience for Louisiana citizens (and Entergy customers elsewhere). Between increased expenses and the inevitable blackouts associated with the added demand, these concerns will come to fruition.
And all the DC advocates and people dismissing this as “Chinese propaganda” will disappear like tears in rain. Wash, rinse, repeat.

There is no way to fix it. The system doesn’t allow for it to be fixed. It is rotten to the core.
Either power corrupts the people that get there, corrupt people are leveraging themselves into power, or the corrupt leverage and blackmail anyone left out or to their will.
There is no way to vote “None of the Above”

This guy gets it.
The institutions themselves are corrupt. Not in principal, but there are too many crooked bureaucrats to be able to clean things up simply by electing good people. And those “good people” are susceptible to corruption as well.
Our government institutions, like an old home, are essentially a tear-downs in need of renovation.

Not true. Show the data !

Do an AI search. Louisiana has the lowest rates at about 12.7 cents/kwh. Where’s your data coming from ?

Show the facts ! Where is your credible data ? Facts are important !
