It's not about guilt or innocence. It's about the courts also following the law. As I stated, even in the most heinous crimes, the legal system must follow the law. Follow the law in the courts, then sentence him to death. No problems. A beginning law student knows this.
Okay
What law was broken?

Well the OJ trial was made up of biased black jurors who let him get away. That crime was committed in Santa Barbara a majority white town with white victims. Was that racist?

That balance/scales shite is a joke. Its anything but balanced because many other factors always have to weigh in.

You should read Batson v. Kentucky. SCOTUS specifically held that dismissing jury members during void dire on the basis of race is illegal. It's hard as hell to prove and prosecutors are actually taught how to do it and not get caught, but this prosecutor seemed to miss the memo.

I think this happened before Batson v. Kentucky

They also raised their objections about the exclusion of African-Americans from the jury. On that point, the judge accepted Lanier's explanations that factors other than race drove his decisions.

Everything is always racist, that is the only answer.
I hate it. I'm an open minded individual. I don't discriminate, I speak to everyone, hell I even live in a section of NOLA that is over 90% black. QUIT BLAMING EVERY frickING THING ON RACISM. Does racism happen? Unfortunately yes, but IF EVERY SINGLE THING IS BLAMED ON IT, PEOPLE WILL STOP CARING.

This guy deserves to die. Robbing an elderly woman, getting caught, then hitting her in the head, raping her with a salad dressing bottle (WTF), and killing her. Admits to it all. I don't care what his excuse is, he deserves to die for it. If he thinks that was ok for him to do, he's dangerous and needs to be eliminated to protect others from him. If he is mentally ill to the point he does that, he's very dangerous and also needs to be eliminated to protect others. There's no way anyone can make an argument this man is not a serious danger to society and the people around him. Any unbiased jury could make that decision

I'd be fine if they took him out back and painted the lawn with his brains.

White people are more impartial...just look at how they vote
