Supervisor not approachable

How do you deal with a boss who makes everyone feel like crap. If you have work related questions she always acts as if you are bothering her. Never backs you when there is an issue with sales....always makes a big production out of everything. Of course she is 25 and it's her first office job. They promote all young people to supervisors quickly.

Seriously, the best thing you can do is publicly embarrass these people if they're being completely unreasonable. Chances are that their boss has no idea that this is going on.

Well the first thing I would try to do is not be supervised by 25 year olds. If you can't avoid it then you probably work for a pretty shitty company so I'd try to find a new job.
