My Sup. was like that..I stayed because I knew we were going to get laid off. I wanted that free money and ins. I went to a get together of my former co-workers and everyone talked about what a dick he was, we all had a good laugh.
If you can..LEAVE.

It's not often you see corporate companies anymore.

Well, I guess technically, McD's is a "large corporate company".
Maybe you could apply at Burger King, or if you want to get out of fast food, maybe Dollar General.

A 25 year old wouldn't be the supervisor of the purchasing department at a global security company.
Are we talking about companies like Blackwater and XE?

She is the supervisor of one of the inventory management teams. Most of the supervisors are that age.

The first thing I'd do it go to the OT to make sure everyone knows I work under a 25 year old female with no work experience.
Next, I'd stop being such a screw up and find a real job.

Honest answer since you've gotten mostly sarcastic comments here.
You have to make a decision. In my opinion, you have three options. 1) Try to remedy the situation by talking to her, or her direct supervisor. May or may not help. 2) Start your job search immediately. Depending on your situation and career field, this may not be possible. 3) Wait on her to flame out (most of the time this is what happens). Does she have the undying support of her supervision? That may make your decision easier. I worked for a company that had a power problem similar to yours. There were very unqualified people in higher positions that made every other employee's life harder. However, they were "yes men/women" and that made it tough to see them being pushed to a position that was more of what they were capable of. So I left. Only one of those people is still in that same position and is making the same mistakes that were made 1+ year ago.
