After hitting numbers and getting incentives, a decent year can be upwards of $120k for very minimal work, great benefits, mileage reimbursement, tons of vacation, etc. Some of those guys just don't want to move up and are content with where they are.

Sometimes someone in that position can be an extremely solid individual contributor who gets to pick whoever he wants to report to. People like that are the ones who get shite done and you'd better keep them happy where they are.

Of course she is 25 and it's her first office job. They promote all young people to supervisors quickly.

Chances are that their boss has no idea that this is going on.

If her boss had any idea what was going on, her boss would nave never hired her as a Supervisor in the first place. This disease of hiring young immature and insecure people to be a supervisor or manager is happening often today.
These young supervisors often know almost nothing. They clearly do not have nay experiences or skills to justify their position.
People hiring these young supervisors are idiots being idiots.
...there is the rare case that a young person does have the maturity level for a job like this, but in the video game age most of these youngsters are still living at their parents house playing video games all night. These young kids need to learn from the seasoned veterans that have been there, done that.

Be so nice to her she can't stand it. I'm serious. I did this to a lady who absolutely hated me (because I'm a white guy) and she ended up quitting.

I'm afraid you are going to have to long play this one.

Ask her out.

Marry her

Transfer under another supervisor due to company policy

Divorce her and let her know how just how shitty of a boss she is.
