Well, he does wear his underwear on the OUTSIDE of his superhero outfit.

In that pic you posted, his cape is missing. Is that another updated to serve the LGBTQABCXYZ+++ community?

All of this is in reference to Superboy/Superman, Jr., not "Superman" as the clickbait-y OP stated.

Superboy does not currently sport a cape in the comics.

So in my opinion the decline of comic book quality has been impressive and it's thanks to this shite. No different from a TV show suddenly rewriting a character because nobody watches it anymore. You could probably peg the decline to the overall decline of western society as well.

Consider that the Marvel movies up until endgame were a retelling of the most popular comic book stories from the 1980s-early 2010s. That was the peak of the medium narratively and talent-wise and it's been trash ever since.

Even on the DC side, they are creatively bankrupt. The most recent superman movies were all pulled from books written in the 1990s. In Superman:exile he breaks his no killing vow because Zod swore he'd never stop. What we saw was practically jumped from the pages. Death of Superman came out in 1993 and the 2nd movie was just a retelling of that.

The upcoming Robert Pattinson batman movie is strongly inspired from Batman Year One, which came out in.... 1987. The Dark Knight, one of the most popular batman movies, was strongly inspired by the killing joke which came out in... 1988. The Dark Knight Rises was a hodge-podge retelling of Knightfall released in 1993 and the dark knight returns in 1986.

Do you see where i'm going? They haven't been 'good' in a long time, and the quality has declined so severely they do shite like this in a desparate attempt to stay relevant. And it will fail like it always has.

They’re comic books.

That they base entire movies on and that has much more visibility to the public than an obscure comic book.

Movies are a good tool for conditioning the public into understanding what is socially acceptable and what's not.

And there are going to be repeated calls in the sooner or later future from the kulturkampf crowd for a movie based on this bullshite comic, because "It's in the comics!!!".

Just because they're making his son queer doesn't mean that the OG Superman isn't going to be ruined by the cancer that is progressive virtue signaling and he can avoid the stain that never comes off.

You're not fooling anybody DC Comics.

Hope you never make a dime off this stunt.

And, as a grown man, likes to drink breastmilk from either a bottle or straight from the teat.
