Kid is probably better off if their second mom suicided by cop too.

Meh, I'd never wish that on a kid.

But it certainly is annoying that she'll be repeatedly defined as "mother killed" in this saga instead of "radical activist killed."

It's like when some thug with 6 kids he's never met gets killed and it becomes "local father dead in shooting"

I think it’s simply she’s a dumbass and spazed out when they tried to arrest her

The dude approached the vehicle screaming get out of the fricking car! I’m sure she’s seen enough of what these thugs do to people when they get their hands on them. No wonder she was trying to leave before they slammed her to the street, at least she had the composure to avoid hitting anyone with her vehicle before she was murdered.

IMO it’s very similar to the Ashli Babbitt shooting. Was it unwise of her to protest that way? Yes. Was the cop trigger-happy? Also yes. But i also wouldn’t want to trade places with the cops in either situation. Just bad decisions all around and very sad.

Can I try to run you down with my car? You would be ok with that?

I don’t think it’s clear what her intent was. By the video, she could also have been trying to drive away. But in the heat of the moment, the cop reacted. Just like on Jan 6, the Capitol security didn’t know what the intent of the protesters was. People are so caught up in politics right now. They have convinced themselves they have to take extreme measures against whichever side is the “other” to them.

Oh ok. So if you don’t know my intent of running Tboy down with my car, I get the benefit of the doubt?

Yeah. I doubt the cop/agent who shot the woman in MN set out to murder someone that day. He was doing his job and reacted to a dangerous situation. I’m sad for both of them. They were both pawns in the political games our leaders are playing.

Comply or die.

It is all politics. If Trump had enacted the mask mandate (he would have, he made no moves to remove Fauci), the people here would have been turning in liberals for not wearing masks.

She was a woman in the age of social media. Her entire mental focus was on the number of likes she was going to get when the video was posted, TV interviews, etc.

Her intent is irrelevant to the determination of justified self-defense.

And there is no way of knowing whether this is true or not.

Nah. She’s just a lunatic leftist who has never had to deal with the consequences of her actions.

Main character syndrome has affected a lot of people. Social media, political pandering, etc. has created a sense of entitlement and self-aggrandizement that gets people into situations they are not prepared for.
