I’m needing to furnish a living room and game room. Looking for a sleeper sofa, sofa, love seats, or recliners. Anyone here have good or bad experiences with places around New Orleans.

Not looking for high end or to break the bank but I would like something that will not need to be replaced in a few years.

No pets but there will be teenagers and younger kids using the furniture everyday.

I just bought sectional and some chairs from Olinde's in Lafayette. You can look at the manufacturers website and find the models you want to in stores and get them to give you a price on that model. We bought Franklin sectional. So go to 2 or 3 stores and compare the prices. Olinde's was about $400 cheaper than other places on same model.

I just bought a coffee table and end table from Comeaux. Easy to work with picked it up the same day from the warehouse. Prices were good. I will buy from them again.

We bought a sectional with a sleeper and built in recliners in the ends for our sunroom from Lazy Boy a few years back.

The kids use it more than we do now that it’s turned into their game/hangout room

We use Comeaux's, but probably because we're fricking lazy and live two blocks away.

Most of the stuff we've purchased from there has been fine and prices are very good. We did purchase some (p)leather recliners from them that only made it about five years and started peeling pretty bad. Of course they were around $250-300 and we used them every day so .
