No offense but women and pussy males being in charge of education is what is killing physical education in school.
Eh. We’ll agree to disagree on this one as it’s not generally women and “pussy males” running the big corporations making money off testing materials. But that’s a whole other discussion.
Either way, it’s an issue for children today given that we live in an era of large urbanization that has reduced the ability for kids to safely get out and “play” after school hours.

You're missing the point.
The industry rigs and or doesn't want those results known. And it's not just weight loss.

Your understanding is not even advanced enough to be called bro science; it’s more like how toddlers think.
When did calories in/calories out become bro science?
In all honesty, is it as simple as that? Not if you’re going with a literal interpretation of “if you eat 1500 calories in Twinkies” BS, it isn’t. But the reality is people following calories in/calories out will often modified their diets to healthier, less processed food choices so they can get the most out of their calories. The concept works and there’s plenty of science to say as much.

I was speaking of physical education only and I understand all the implications of have a strong populace and why that is not desirable for most in power. I also understand why the schools have been pushed in certain directions.
But in general the lack of physical education is more on a micro level than a big macro level you are speaking of and is made more at the school board level and school level as many soft arse makes and females deem it demeaning and insulting to many. And they don't want to hurt feelings.
It's not just at school though, females and even some males get upset if you make kids do any form of exercise. I have had parents(almost always the momma) get mad at me for making their baby do pushups or run to the fence during baseball practice when they are disrespectful or don't listen. People are soft.
Go look at social media, if someone post a younger kids doing calisthenics or God forbid weightlifting you get a shite ton of women on there calling it child abuse when it's the exact opposite. The other day someone posted his 8 year old doing squats and all fo the uneducated idiot females were posting how it was child abuse and how it would stunt his growth etc. When proving wrong with science they still said it was not right.

Haha so it's a big scam and conspiracy huh? Jesus H Christ!!
To all that think they can find studies because they are being hidden, do me a favor and follow the lean gains method for 2 months. It's not low carb at all, I guarantee if you follow closely and track everything and hit your macros, you will lose bodyfat.
Or go follow if it fits your macros.
Again y'all have no leg to stand on, none.

So, no, you don't know what I'm talking about in terms of the roots of education.
Am I talking to a gym teacher right now?

I've adopted my own hybrid diet of Weight Watchers and Keto. I pretty much only eat carbs for one meal every 2 days, and when I do it's almost always whole grains.
However you lose it doesn't matter because in the long run, it's still a caloric deficit

Listen here you know it all macro twat, it's big business and sugar is put into way too many foods and drinks.
It is excessive and should be called out and curtailed.
And we shouldn't have to pay more or buy everything organic to decrease our intake of fricking sugar.

If you are speaking about a liberal agenda yea I do, if you have some other conspiracy then no more do I give a frick. I was speaking of strictly gym teachers.
Go post that shite on the poliboard. Be more than happey to debate you over there.

Dont forget sugar paid scientists to bias studies and blame salt and fat for heart disease back in the 1950s. That led to the government backed low-fat/low-salt diets that poisoned the population for decades and made us drastically more sick/unhealthy as a society.
Posted on 7/11/19 at 12:52 pm to lsu777
I can’t wait to lose the rest of the fat and eat for strength gains. That should be fun.

Got any studies to back that up? If not please quitely STFU as you have no idea what you are talking about and are being influenced social media and science deniers.

You don’t have to pay extra anything to eat less sugar. A pack of chicken and a bushel of green veggies is pretty cheap. I feed myself 10 meals every week for less than $100. It’s all fresh foods.
ETA: The only reason I spend as much as I do on groceries is because I spend extra on bison. If I ate beef instead, I would save even more. It’s not hard to avoid sugar or processed foods. People make the choice to eat it.

geezus, even CNN, ABC, NBC reported this story a few years ago. I'm amazed people still aren't aware of this conspiracy against the citizens of this country. The scientists admitted to being paid.....
Original published study in Nov. 2016
NYT article
NPR article
There is much more out there on this topic if you would like to read up about it....or you can sit here and lob personal attacks at folks who post things that trigger you. Your choice.

Depends....Take milk for example. Whole milk has less sugar than 2% milk but you usually have to pay more for it.

It's pretty damn simple to figure out why

If you are speaking about a liberal agenda yea I do,
Christ all mighty Lord Jesus you are severely damaged.
For one, extremely limited people have a tendency to totally isolate issues like this within their individual perspective. In this case, you and your gym teaching world.
Guy, this shite has nothing to do with liberal or conservative politics. It's bigger than that petty bullshite.
You called out woman and soft men taking over academics as a reason for problems.
I informed you to maybe look into the factual history of who started the academic system here, why, and for what agenda.
You acted like you knew what I was talking about but clearly you don't.

One such expert is noted cancer researcher Lewis Cantley, PhD, director of the Meyer Cancer Center at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York.
Cantley thinks some cancers may start with high levels of insulin, the hormone that controls the amount of sugar in your blood. He says his research shows that “having high levels of insulin is likely to drive cancer. And what drives insulin levels is sugar.”
Google sugar linked to. TBH I don't even care, but the sugar business shouldn't be putting their dollars in on these scientific studies. Of which they are probably few real, good studies even done.
And the fact we see grams on labels and not % percentage of daily recommend intake is the sugar lobbies influence on the government requirements.

% of daily allowance depends on each person and their individual metabolism. You are reaching so far and you have no idea what you are talking about.
And articles and linked to bullshite on Google isn't science. It's bullshite peddled by influencers.
