The day dude in black shirt with black cap was in on it. He was about to jump in when big guy in white shirt stepped in. It was a two on one set-up. The same black shirt guy was first to check on the puncher. Definitely together and planned.
The two bad guys would have hammered the shooter. They really just circled and did not retreat. Shooter should have had continued concern for his safety.

Yea if I’m on that jury and we get to deliberation, this would be the time I kick my feet up on the table and say I don’t care what anything says, he’s not guilty and you’re not changing my mind.
