Eh, I think the video shows a man who snapped and took some vigilante justice. Might be in some cosmic sense justified. But I think the law is against him in this case.

The guy that got between them may have been why he was able to walk out and come back. It appears that the puncher was starting to continue toward the shooter before the other guy got between them. Not condoning the shooters actions but not surprised either.
