99% of "skinny" people don't know shite about nutrition either, they eat just as much or more than the people they call fatties but just happen to have better genetics and a faster metabolism. Doesn't make them any more well-versed in nutrition and exercise other than the millions of cliches

I applaud your choice of forum with which you decided to discuss this topic. Bravo.

You should move to Missouri where you can freely cry for someone commenting about your caloric intake. boohoo.

I was hoping for a list. Title is misleading. Should read: "Stupid thing person said to me"
Whats your PB of choice?
I'm a Peter Pan Honey Roasted Crunchy man myself.

I'm 45y/o and have battled a brain tumor and all of the lasting affects of the surgeries to remove most of it.
99% of these pussies on here that think calling me fat bothers me just makes me laugh.
You don't think I realize that I need to lose weight? You don't think I've ever been called fat or even worse?
At least I took the initiative to do something about it.

Congrats on making your health a priority and eating better. 40 lbs is nothing to make light of, it wouldn't have come off unless you showed the discipline you did

Why do you give 2 shits what anyone thinks of you (especially fatties)?
Posted on 11/13/15 at 10:45 am to NatalbanyTigerFan
No offense but if you've lost 40 lbs. in close to three months, then you must have been fricking huge. That's a very unhealthy drop.

I've gained weight a few times over the years. Then when I run/eat less/drink less and lose weight. They do the same shite.
"I don't have time for all that exercise you do."
"I couldn't just eat that healthy stuff all day like you do."
"ohhh don't eat that slice of pizza or you'll gain weight again."
and so on. I get it. You right. Lazy unhealthy people are fricking retarded when it comes to diet and exercise, shocker. At least when I'm fat and outta shape, I know exactly why.

I really don't
I'm just bored at work and wanted to bitch about something.
I swear to you, they are all in the kitchen area eating Popeye's chicken right now. Lol

They are jealous. Fat women will criticize and give back-handed compliments to anyone who is losing weight.

No offense but a bigger dude can drop that kind of weight in NO time and it's quite fine and healthy. I'll trust my Dr over CoachDon the poster any day.
6'3 250 lb guy who's been idle and eating poorly but wants to get to 210-215.
He easily drops 5 lbs a week by cutting back to 2k cal and adds 4 runs, 2 lifts a week.
That's about 20 lbs in first month and 20 more to cut in next 2 months.

You should go in the kitchen and ask them if they would like a side of Crisco with that chicken

I was 305lbs when I went into surgery 19months ago. I'm 261 today.
Now that I've gotten all of my mobility back from complications related to surgery, I started eating healthier and working out very aggressively.
I've consulted my dr and we have gone over my routines and he is fine with it. Even happy about the decrease in my blood pressure

was eating a piece of toast with peanut butter this morning and one of them makes a comment about how fattening that is and how I must be cheating today.
Why is it so hard to educate yourself about proper nutrition and how many calories you need each day to achieve your goals?
Well it isn't exactly a low calorie item

The entire cup(which I didn't use) of PB is 250 calories and the bread is like 60.
As long as I stay within my macros, I can eat 2110 calories today.
Absolute there are better choices, that's just all that I had for breakfast.

This.
"Oh you're trying to lose weight? I just cut back on carbs and I'm usually back to my goal weight within a week. You should try that."

Losing weight and/or eating healthy isn't about eating "low calorie items".
