damn. i assumed he was talking pre-college attendance

strawman
being sick isn't the problem. it is how selfishly people act after knowing they are (or are highly likely to be) sick
I'm aware you can dodge every single question because you're a lawyer. You're a pathetic chickenshit.

I don’t understand why people cannot be responsible for their own actions,
that's the mind-bending thing to me
the people who always argue "personal responsibility" are legitimately making every terrible "argument" to avoid their own in this instance

So if you're in college it's OK to go to class sick, but before that it shouldn't be?

the lack of personal responsibilities with masks is one thing,
Yeah especially since we were told for months they didn't work but are now suddenly mandated. So irresponsible of us.

if only there were criminal consequences for the mom's actions
Then everyone who spread the flu because they went to work sick is just as criminal.
Listen to yourself and how ridiculous you sound. I saw a mexican tying a sweat stained t-shirt to his face this morning. It has holes in it. The frick you think that is doing to help?

wrong
i answered: being sick isn't the problem.
i also said it was a strawman, which isn't something you learn in law school and i have been doing on here well before i graduated undergrad, tyvm

if that means direct exposure? yeah
again. personal responsibility

You're basically trying to equate a kid who's parent is sick going to prom to someone who gets drunk and gets behind a wheel. As if the "personal responsibility" threshold is equal for the two. What the frick has happened to people?
Posted on 7/15/20 at 9:33 am to auwaterfowler
I mean people still go out when sick all the time, especially with flu symptoms

i never said that

Probably would have an easier time arguing the positive test was accurate given how unreliable they are.

If you're terrified about getting Covid stay in your house and if you have to go out, wear an N95 mask and wash your hands alot.
Demanding that anyone who goes to a massive social function should be protected from illness by criminal code is insane.

it is the same sort of selfishness, yes
this is just obviously on a different level than the flu

Lawyers like you are the most annoying people on the planet.
This isn't a courtroom. Are you incapable of having a normal conversation?

is it fall already?
where are all of these strawmen coming from?
Posted on 7/15/20 at 9:34 am to auwaterfowler
But wait, I keep reading that Covid is a hoax
