I’m gonna catch some backlash tor this, but this boy can be cured with a shot of .357.
What I personally would find satisfying would be to ensure he’s sedated and can’t move but fully aware for the next 6 or 7 hours, throw the animal in a reinforced wooden box, outfit him with very sturdy breathing and feeding tubes as well as IV.
Then the best part - completely cover him in fast drying cement.
Oh and rig something to where he can see and hear relatively well.

This boy is worse than ISIS, if that can be imagined. At least they execute people for a discernible “principled” reason, albeit insane reasons. Obviously not for this animal. I’m usually not a big fan of torture, but I’d like to skin this animal alive. Film it, spread it through that community as the work of a vigilante, and maybe you’d see a noticeable drop off in this animalistic terrorism.

It actually is. The city (and county) isn’t soft on crime either. There are a few trouble spots around town, but it’s known if you get caught, you aren’t just going to keep rotating back out like some cities.

Yeah minus one area of Green St. and Haven acres it's a pretty quiet town. Especially once they forced some people out towards verona some years back.
