That one Dr Thunder 12 pack box has me perplexed. It obvious times were a lil tight, but there is an ocean of Dr Pepper boxes. Maybe they had less affluent guests?

Sadly, I have a friend who is handicapped that lives in something similar,
Even more sadly, a friend of mine who was not handicapped lived just like that with the exception of having pets to crap all over the house. I found him dead when asked to do a welfare check on him by his out of state sister.
I had no clue he lived like that since I had never been to his house except to drop him off a few times when he had car trouble. Even then I should have had a clue since his car was nothing short of a rolling dumpster.
After he died, the landlord had a crew come out and they actually used those big shovels like yankees use to shovel snow and thick trash bags to haul all the crap out. They filled over 30 of those big bags cleaning the 2 bedroom half double.
Then the owner had the house completely stripped down to the studs and slab and rebuilt it so he could rent it out again. A contractor friend of mine did the work.

Depends on the location. I know it looks horrible but a roll off dumpster and a $500 deep clean from a professional cleaning service and you could rent that place out for $1000/month. The acreage alone is well worth the price. If it were within an hour of BR I'd buy it.
Nah, frick all that. $20 of gas and a match. Scoop what's left into a dumpster and move on with life.
A 1980's era single wide ain't worth saving.

Just remember, CPS probably wouldn't pull kids out of this dump.

Nice and depressing.

I’m guessing somebody got that arse whipped for bringing home Dr. Thunder! I love that the bed was made too! lol

With a couple of large roll off dumpsters and a little gumption, on can clean that up in about a week. I'd tend to toss the commode into the dumpster and put a new Kohler on the hole.

I’ve bought worse. That’s above average for what I buy. I’ve done about 4,000 deals in the last 25 years so I’ve seen it all. I bought one a month ago and it smelled worse than usual inside. I wouldn’t even let my workers go in until we called the cops to make sure there wasn’t a dead body inside. It wasn’t a person, but something was dead inside.

Sad. Was probably nice before they trashed it.

You'd spend more on the cleanup afterwards than just rolling it away if that's the route you want to go. But I maintain my original statement about a roll off dumpster to get rid of all the trash and then a professional deep clean. At that point you could sell the trailer as is an recoup your costs. Burning it down is the dumbest thing you could do

Someone rolled a little too much tide there.
