Has she never heard of student loans?

I grew up poor as well and my parents no way could afford college. Pell Grants, partial scholarships and student loans paid my way. And I got to keep my clothes on.

She should just be honest and say she wanted to strip instead of the sob story about not affording college. What, people don't respect strippers? Shocking!

Had one at Visions that was a Veterinarian and Houston, and I swear to God this chick was legit. She was a smoking hot Asian with a rock hard body. Incredibly beautiful. She asked what I did (since it was obvious that I was a baller), and when I said I was a dentist, the whole conversation changed from small talk to a business discussion. She bought a fairly large practice straight out of school, had like 8 employees, and was struggling to keep afloat. So every few weeks she'd come into New Orleans to make a couple grand to help pay her overhead. She didn't want to work anywhere she'd be recognized. She got very deep into detailed practice philosophy, employee benefit plans, retirement plans, insurance, etc. There is no way possible that she could have faked her way through the conversation that she volunteered.
Had another who was a nurse who was single with a kid and definitely had daddy issues (and men in general). She was good looking but her body was obviously a few years past its prime. She was stripping more to feel "wanted" than she was to make money. She wanted to hook up away from the club, but I'm married. She wanted to meet up with me at The Wine Market, where my kid was actually working at the time. She was giving me details on which girls are druggies and what drugs they were on, and told a story about a girl she had to resuscitate after an OD recently. Also once had a fellow nurse pop in with a date, then ratted her out and she had to leave that hospital. Again, far too many details in her stories to be made up.
In no way Am I saying this is the norm, but there are a few out there. Had another who was a singer in a band but saving for med school. I called bullshite on her story after she wanted to blow me for $350. I passed.

Remember when people didn't take greeting cards so seriously. This will be the downfall of all fun things, because now one person has the ability to make anything thing a big deal.
