I’m in LaPlace right now, not having a great time at the moment. I would say more people stayed than evacuated. On my street, I’d say 2 of every 3 houses or so are still here.

The anemometer went out at the airport in Reserve too. You can't keep the equipment running to get good measurements during hurricanes.
