That shite used to never happen.

Even the Waffle House Scale is no longer sacred in 2021.

Before last night, not a single person in this hotel other than employees was wearing a mask. Now this place is full of masks everywhere.

That’s the current prediction at least.

Right, so why move to a destination that is currently supposed to be worse than spot left?

HMON 21 hours out is a bit stronger and further east than the last run at this point. Waiting to see where it makes landfall.

It would be nice if their information somewhat aligned.

The info doesn’t align so no one will be wrong. Oh well, just going to sit and wait. Nothing else to be done about it.

Steady stream of cars and people coming into our Houston hotel now. Total demographic switch from Tennis competitors to Louisiana evacuees. Just got more interesting.

Anyone know how HWY 90W is from the Huey P into Lafayette right now?

DOTD site says all green but skeptical
Green. Does no one use Google maps for traffic in this thread? Feels like 2005.

Had some nervous energy and second guessing our decision to stay here in Baton Rouge, so went outside and mowed the lawn. It didn't help that I noticed there isn't a single duck or goose in our neighborhood pond. There are usually about 50 or so out there.
