Yesterday seemed pretty positive with Entergy getting some power back on. Haven’t seen much from them today though. Expected yesterday to lead to some really good developments over the next 72 hours.

Probably a stupid question, but for people that don’t have electricity in places they rent such as condos/apartments would they generally be expected and/or legally obligated to pay rent for a place they aren’t going to be living in for the month of September?

Is this a case by case situation depending on the wording in the lease?

Not at all my neighbor's camp at Grand Isle still had his BBQ pit and picnic table sitting on the back deck. It was the western half that got. Another friend in NOLA has minor damage to a ground level building, house is just fine.

It should be good as far as people in NOLA proper getting power in the next 2-3 days. They have re-established a second second distribution line (one of the 7 coming from the West) that will be routed through/looped through the city first, supposedly.

Drove quite a bit today, from 22 up to 1085, went 12 to Hammond Home Depot. Coming back got off at 445 down to 22 from Robert to my house on Madisonville. Then went to downtown Madisonville and back home. I did not see one crew working on any power lines. Not feeling too got about getting power back any time soon.

After delta our power came on and we never saw a truck. Hopefully yours is on soon. I’m sure they’re working.

Those storms over North/Central Louisiana right now are just about stationary. Y'all folks up that way could see some localized flooding if they hang around too much longer.
