The foolish thing about these pathetic victim cults is the implication that they are exceptional. There are no people anywhere whose ancestors did not steal the land.

There was a kid in my neighborhood, a long time ago, when we were 8-10 years old....used to steal candy from the local 7-11. Used to do it all the time.

What’s that got to do with me?

Just wait until he says that indigenous knowledge is the best form of math. And that we should consider that type of math instead of western science math

Pol Sci and Econ were usually the outposts for stealth conservatives back in the day. No idea if that's true anymore.

Now tell us who the Kickapoo and the Sioux stole it from.

I’m so shocked and dissappointed with you that I can’t even.

Violence was introduced to African and American indigenous people by whites. They coexisted peacefully for thousands of years until we showed them what killing was. Granted, they have become pretty prolific at it, but it came from us.

Tribal historians largely disagree with you, but I’m sure you know better, whitey.

Acknowledgment On My Kid's Syllabus
I fat-fingered and accidentally ended up on the Arkansas Board. They had a thread there just like this although the last word in the title was spelled “Syphillis”.

Why is it that this only seems to be an issue with the US? How many other societies are in the same boat and we don’t hear a word about it?

I have to agree it's a bit much for a math class. But the Chinese-American could have ancestors who came in the 19th century to work the railroads and settle before the Chinese Exclusion Act.

Because cotton doesn’t grow in Yorkshire, Munich, or Budapest.

If you are a known Republican, either from job search committees rooting around your social media or finding your political donations online, you will absolutely not be given an interview, 99 times out of 100.

My wife just retired from a major SEC university and agrees with this statement 100%.

Because the US has the largest population of Critical Race Theorists who push this narrative to delegitimize the foundation of the United States and western society as a whole. CRT is nothing but Marxism in new clothes, and one of the primary tenets of Marxism is the destruction of the existing state and culture.

See: Tearing down statues, renaming buildings, changing language to fit a narrative, cancel culture, etc.

That teacher has tenure and they won't get in trouble. Good luck.
