Norris was trained by Bruce Lee who was to have said he had the strongest kick of anyone he’d ever seen. Impressed him so much so asked him to be his fighting nemesis in the movie where they fought in the colleseum. My money is on Chucky.

Norris and Lee trained with each other....Norris wasn't trained by him. Norris had already won karate championships before meeting Bruce Lee
Norris was trained in Korea in Moo Duk Kwan while stationed at the Osan Air base.

Norris could actually fight at a world class level
JCVD is a physical specimen but more of an athlete and recreational drug user than a MMA fighter
Seagall is 95% fraud. People who actually fight (e.g. Bas Ruten, Gene Lebell) seriously love telling Seagal stories. The kind that end up being another case of SS making an arse of himself and shitting himself after being choked.
Just one Joe Rogan story about this kind of thing:

How there are still people who believe any of Seagal's crap is just a testament to how unwilling people are to disbelieve good publicity, no matter how wrong it turns out to be in reality.
