Doesnt matter if the perp ran from police, shot at police, ran over a few pedestrians as long as when he is finally captured he is treated with the upmost respect. If he is shot in the process then that's all that matters

The distribution of $4.5 M to be:

$1.5 M - lawyers
$1.0 M - "taxes". True taxes for sure, but they'll tell the family of some additional other nonexistent taxes that the family will never get back
$ 750 k - "Administration" fees, "distribution" , "handling " (goes to mayor / city council slush funds)
$ 500 k - establishment fees for special trust fund type accounts (CPAs get this)

Family actually gets remaining 750k, a majority that will be pilfered by "relatives" that need handouts.
