Speaking of animal fats, whatever happened to the bio diesel craze a few years ago?

Mickey Ds used use lard, but there weren't as many stores, chains, or customers back then.

The climate changers will probably be upset with the potential for more cow & pig farts.

When I worked at Roy Roger's Restaurant on Claiborne in high school, we used to fry vegetables in animal fat and animals in vegetable fat.

they sell alot but I don't know what that has to do with there being enough animals fat to replace seed oils.

Though maybe the net result will be less fried foods in general so thats not terrible.

Not enough supply which would turn restaurants off from the costs. Thos industry would need at least 10 years for a build up and 25 to match where we are at now

We all know that you are dumb. You don't have to prove it with every single post you make.

is there any legit research showing that seed oils are the big boogeyman they're making it out to be? I would think that if somebody is fat and unhealthy due to seed oils they'd continue being fat and unhealthy if they replaced all seed oil consumption with tallow/butter consumption.
