Just saw on the national news 80 year old in Washington nursing home who was infected with Corona now recovering. Do we not report these numbers? Would be nice to show some positive news?

The also aren’t reporting that a lot of the positive cases the doctor tells the patient to go home and sleep it off...

Yeah, but I'm sure he attacked the nurses trying to eat their brains.

Yes, the Michigan clinical practice guidelines were just published and this is the recommendation. Testing will only occur in severe and refractory cases. Chose this route to not exhaust testing supplies.

It’s odd that people can be so polarizing when everyone is looking at the same set of stats on a given topic.

That's about 80% of them according to some reports I have read. I'd be interested in the true numbers on this.

Change "a lot of" to "almost all" and your post would be more accurate.

Our response is disproportionate to the threat.

Not just sleep it off, but stay home.

Even though it's positive, it's still anecdotal.

When over 80% of the population show no symptoms and 99.8% of people under 40 recover with no treatment, that doesn't fit into the mass hysteria narrative.

So she possibly (based on her age) lived through the Spanish Flu as a child and lived to recover from the next global pandemic 102 years later?

We need to study this lady’s DNA or figure out when her mom fricked Wolverine or the Highlander.
