Bupropion and non-nicotine vaping did it for me. Smoked for 20 years. Weird thing is, I always thought a cigarette would be something I always craved, even just a little. But that couldn't be further from the truth. The smell is nauseating, and even after a few beers, the idea of lighting up sickens me. You never realize just how bad you stink of cigarette smoke until after you quit.

There is still a few brands I haven't tried. Would like to know if anybody uses anything other than zyn

Zyn is rebranded swedish snus so there's a frickload of brands out there. You may have to order em off the internet but there's lots out there. I used to dip them in 07/08 but got tired of ordering it.

Shits nothing new, just less nicotine and flavored because America is full of gen z pussies.

I order Velo online from Sweden. Got to buy enough to make it worth it though.

So many flavors are offered for all brands, including ZYN. Strength ranges from 2.5 to 20 mg.

Velo I use is Frosty Grapefruit 10 mg. Next time I order I'm grabbing a few cans of different brands and flavors like Red Grape, Strawberry Mint, Coconut, Eucalyptus, Fresh Jalapeno, Habenero Pineapple, etc.

And to those who claim they make you want to chew them, are you placing them in your bottom lip like a dip? Co-workers do that and have the same problem.

They go in your upper lip. Don't even notice them up there.

Used Zyn Cinnamon for a couple years, made the switch to Rogue the last two years. Rogue Mango is delicious. About a full can a day for a few years.

Quit cold turkey about a year ago; they definitely aren’t great for your health. It was pretty hard to quit. Finally kicked the habit my 3rd or 4th attempt. Good luck.

Nice, Velo is legit... northern euro gal I met recommended it to me but I don’t use nicotine anymore, outside of the occasional drunk night.

Yeah. I will use about 3 velos during an eight hour shift at work. Probably use about six or so a day at most.

of course, they are 10 mg compared to 3 or 6.

It helps that they aren't over powering with flavor, but the flavor they do have lasts forever.

I'm giving On! a shot. They have 8mg pouches and supposedly cheaper than Zyn by me.

They also last about half the time of one Zyn pouch. But, they have a better container (with the flip top), so I kept one and just put Zyn in it.

2 questions.

1. Will you miss looking like the Marlboro man?
2. Is Zyn healthy for your gums?

How long do they last in your mouth, how many in a pack, and how much does a pack cost?

I've been on Walmart Equate 4mg lozenges.

A lozenge lasts about an hour. 27 per bottle. 3 bottles per box. $33 per box.

Just go cold turkey man. You have an addiction. Using more nicotine won’t fix it. Power through the first 3 weeks without giving in and you’re home feee. 5.5 years smoke free. Never felt better

It’s still good to avoid tobacco for oral cancer prevention. Zyn has that risk

Zyn does not contain tobacco. I have no idea the risk of oral cancer but would have to imagine there is some amount despite being tobacco free

There’s been some big studies with this. Dippers have same percentage of oral cancers as non tobacco users. There is no increase in oral cancers in other dippers. Dippers do lose gum mass though. Also those studies didn’t look at throat cancer, even if you spit, you are gonna swallow some tobacco juice not realizing it. There was also a study showing dipping had little effect on blood pressure and heart health. Smoking on the other hand has disastrous effects on heart health and of course cancers
