I’m still waiting for you to specifically state what your objection is to the CDC study...

What makes you think I speak like that? This may blow your mind, but people can support Trump and still think you PTers are retarded.
do I have a long history of PT posts? Ohh wait, I don’t.

No

It is a report consisting of 5 separate case estimations with assumptions on the following:
Parameter values for disease severity, viral transmissibility, and pre-symptomatic and asymptomatic disease transmission
They make assumptions and input known data.
It isn’t a study.
It is simply another modeling system that is giving a “range”.

Well yeah, the WSJ has a subscription.

My objection is with how the linked article used CDC data

The OP, particularly the title, and the linked article
The only factual part of the title is 'from Poliboard' and maybe China Virus (pending tin foil source theories).

And what exactly is the issue?

Stanford didn't confirm it.
It isn't 'about like the flu'
It wasn't a study.
The NPR article at least left out sensationalism

None of these address the linked CDC article. I mean fine, if you want to summarily reject articles based on who reports them that's cool....I just expect you to be consistent the next time some tard starts drumming WaPo or NYT articles on here supporting shitting our collective pants when it comes to COVID.

The CDC info was already in another thread.
My beef isn't with the CDC info.
Yes, I will call out any opinion piece that people post as factual news. I don't care the source. It's why this type of shite article should stay on the Poliboard.

The issue is there's a double standard in what constitutes a "shite article" around here, and what should "stay on the Poliboard."

Something tells me you think articles that represent your side are the ones people are calling 'shite' and think 'should stay on the poliboard'
Don't play the victim.

This is probably the most tone deaf shite I’ve read in a while!

Not really. Trump is a blowhard a-hole who I've never voted for, and never will. I haven't voted for a Republican since 1996.
Sorry to ruin your stereotype.

The stereotype that most people think people are workng against their political beliefs
I don't care what type of political beliefs you have, everyone thinks that.

That's great.

Is still categorically wrong. No matter how you spin it.
