Didn't the CDC itself issue this directive in mid March as a means for states to relieve potentially overcrowded hospitals?:
"Nursing homes should admit any individuals from hospitals where Covid is present."
I guess Trump's own hand picked head of the CDC was in on this conspiracy to get him.

=/= requiring nursing homes to take actual Covid positive patients. The latter is what Cuomo did. Face it, he has the blood of thousands on his hands. Same for the governors of NJ and PA.
Tell me, what thinking person would give this a second's thought and conclude that it is a good idea to require nursing homes to accept Covid positive patients?
Edit: Lots of states had the good sense to not let this happen. Andrew Cuomo, not so much.
